The Great Red Spot is the largest of Asia’s 25 wonders – over 3,000 miles long and 300 feet high! The site has a large crater filled to its ceiling by lava flows from Mt. Surabaya some 500 miles away that could be seen clearly on any clear night throughout much [sic] Northern Africa, including South America. At one time it was known as the “giant elephant.” It holds many secrets: 1) This wonderful place also contains ancient civilizations (the pyramids), 2/3 of which have been lost for all time; 3)(this beautiful temple complex built at least 925 years ago).
